11. Eligibility for Enrollment

14. Fees and Payment Terms

  • Equated Monthly Installments (EMI) as per agreed payment plan

14.6 No Refunds for Accessed Digital Content

Once you have accessed online course content (watched videos, downloaded materials), the course is considered “used” and may not be eligible for refund except as specified in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

15. Attendance and Participation

15.1 Physical Classes – Attendance Requirements

  • Students enrolled in physical classes are expected to maintain regular attendance as specified for each course
  • Repeated absences may affect learning outcomes and eligibility for certification
  • We do not provide refunds for missed classes due to student absence

15.2 Physical Classes – Conduct

15.3 Physical Classes – Rescheduling

  • Root Academy reserves the right to reschedule classes due to instructor availability, facility issues, or emergencies
  • Students will be notified of rescheduled classes in advance whenever possible

15.4 Live Webinars – Attendance

  • Live webinars are conducted at scheduled times
  • Students are expected to attend live sessions
  • Recordings may or may not be made available depending on the course
  • We do not provide refunds for missed live webinar sessions

15.5 Pre-Recorded Online Courses

  • Self-paced courses allow flexible learning within the access period
  • Students are responsible for completing courses before access expires
  • Extensions may be granted at our discretion for a fee
16. Student Conduct and Responsibilities
